I want to know waht you do for working out like specific details not vague sh*t cause i want to get football ready and i knows you work out soooo yeah i needs help. With what? EVERYTHING!!! no this is not a joke this is for real. I would have said it on pm but i cant for some reason

You know what doesn't make any sense? When I lift my max weight with 1 arm I can't lift them with both arms at the same time. Why is that? I think I've been doing them wrong for the past 2 years. I'm probably gonna stick with the curlbar from now on...

Bicep curls is an exercise just like you have hammer curls, basicly just raising the dumbells by using you biceps.
@Red I think it's about the position how you do the exercise, like for me if I stand straight I can't lift 2 dumbells good at the same time, no idea if it's the position or just me :p

I ditched the dumbells. I can lift 50 pound dumbells 8 times with each arm but can only lift 65 pounds 8 times with the curlbar using both arms...doesn't make any sense to me.
