| I want to know waht you do for working out like specific details not vague sh*t cause i want to get football ready and i knows you work out soooo yeah i needs help. With what? EVERYTHING!!! no this is not a joke this is for real. I would have said it on pm but i cant for some reason

Well first of all I usually train in the gym but if you don't you can train at home and this is what I do:
Pushups: There are all kinds of variations but pushups in general are mainly good for the chest, triceps (a little bit the biceps two I think) and even upperback
Sit Ups: This exercise doesn't really have anything thing to do for football but it's another thing I usually do, mainly good for da belly and abs :p u might want to do this just for overall strength
Dips: This is especially for the triceps and depending on wich form you take it's good for the upperback too
Calf raises: The name says it all, this is for the calves... :p
Squats: For football this will be an important thing....
I'm not a pro so I just say what I know :p there are way more exercises that you can do and the ones I said are with body weight, so no dumbells or anything, you can do whatever you want :p | |

| And when you work out eat HEALTHY FOOD! When your body feels stift or hurts after you work out that a break for a day or two. Once it stops hurting take another round of push ups and stuff etc. you want to eat right to help your muscles grow. When you work out its like a video game your muccles will break when you work out really hard. After they heal (takes up to a day or two) you will be ready to lift even heavier things! Muccles break to lift more weight get it? Every time you work out they will get more stronger as they heal. That's all I can really say. I do pull ups and stuff on my stairs beacause you can see through the crack of them if that makes sense. Anyway the most important thing is TO EAT HEALTHY! | |

I don't really spend much time on checking what I eat :p I was skinny from the start and at the moment I still am, as for the resting, I only rest day of a few is necessary after I trained in the gym, if you don't use big weights you can easily train each day, atleast that's how it feels for me | |

| How much do you bench, Runner, 150 pounds?
I started last year. I can currently lift 120 pounds 8 times for 3 sets. I don't work at the gym cause I can't afford the cost. I would if it was free. | |

| if not just go swimming, running or using the bike a lot swimming is one of the best way to get you in good shape | |

^True that but it still depends on how you train and some other stuff, I started when I was 16 and I won't say that I was fully grown already but there was nothing bad to train for me, if you're not sure just train by using your own body weight :) DAYUMN it's been a while since I typed that much xD | |
