Rule proposal

I have just realized - we don't really have any rules against avoiding bans. It should be like this:

If you try to avoid your temporary or permanent ban, you will permanently banned from the forums, xat, cbox and Chat Box.

I'll create a table showing rules and the punishments for breaking them so nobody can argue about ban length etc
