eh i think it shouldn't happen much, but it shouldn't be a rule. maybe if it gets off topic it should be locked or something idk

I don't think it should happen because then it would be as if we are turning to to General Nation. Agree? I believe so. They had the no going off topic rule and it's pretty dumb alot of people will get in trouble for it & then everyone would be getting warning 24/7 so I vote no.
