First topic message reminder :

Most of you have already noticed that there have been some changes around the forums.

The most noticeable (i think), is the fact that there is a Veteran rank. Its a Prestige rank (or Reputation rank if you will.) that old clan members get, and when i mean old i mean either from the very beginning, like Dan, red, general and dark or a little bit later like chris, jyn and I.

Other changes include deranks and promotions, Some deranks were NOT my call,
Example: Nyshas derank was not my call nor my suggestion. (Runner: Yet some ranks can still change)

Although Calebs was. Tehe.

I suggested that Anubis and Rokku should get VIP, as we need more mature people in and active in the VIP section. I also suggested Tenza but dan said he would think about it.

From now on, Mods and Admins are NOT "Prestige" ranks, they are ranks that are Earned, You have to work, do your job properly, and Do NOT power abuse or "Fuck about".

We have only two admins and currently 1 "not-so-super-active" mod, so currently mod positions are open (2 max). The admin positions are closed for now.
Admins and Mods will be able to ban now, so far i havn't found a setting where i can remove banning abilities for mods, so mods may ban BUT! They have to consult either an Owner/Leader or an Admin (Best you go to the leader tho). Banning someone for whatever reason is your responsible action. DO NOT FORGET EVIDENCE!!

Another thing that i was hoping to change was the Gallery, it is there for no absolute reason. So i have an idea of putting pics of [HACK], you know back in the day. If you have any screenies during the "[HACK] Period", PM me or any other leader.

These are some bs changes. Do what you guys want, I won't complain about this anymore. But if someone gets pissed off because they are demoted for being inactive for a week, expect bs from them.

I think it should be two weeks ,if your inactive for 2 weeks your demoted, and if you plan or know you will be inactive for longer then 2 weeks make a post and if that person is gone long then what he or she posted they would be gone for then you can demote them.

I agree with queenkat. One week is a lot of time on PwN, but if someone needs to be absent and cannot warn, well, 2 weeks before being demoted is what I agree with.

What if you're on vacation? I have a life out of PwN Clan too.

Well, warn before you leave.

that is why you warn before you leave, we need mods who are ACTIVE. the rule stays in place, if you are going to be inactive just say so and it wont be a problem.

if it is a situation where you can not contact us at all and we determine that then you wont be demoted,
but we have emails Facebook texting and everything i highly doubt someone wouldn't be able to contact anyone on this clan to pass the message along.

but if we determine that you couldnt it wont be a problem

No problem not solved again , alright I'll give a good example say someone's family members Is really sick maybe in the hospital maybe it's here mother do you honestly think that someone will come and post that they would be absent ..no. Cause I sure as hell wouldn't. 2 weeks should be the limit as the how long a person can be absent before being demoted. Your right 1 week is a long time on PwN but in real life no it goes by fast as hell, now yes say your going on vacation then yes you need to make a post and say you will be absent but other then that you should have at least 2 weeks. Because alright I'll put out another example , I have nightmare disorder and there are times when I have a horrible nightmare an I will lock myself in my room for days and not talk to anyone. Perfect example as to why it should be 2 weeks.

If that would be a probem then there is no problem cuz' actually you wouldn't be able to contact us in that situation right? So no harm would be done.

Yes so that's my reason as to why it should at least be 2 weeks. I think 2 weeks is a fair amount of time.

1 week im not changing it. as i said if it is a major situation like a family member dies we arnt gonna demote u for that?? geeze be reasonable here

I don't really care if it's 2 weeks or 1 week, because I can bring my PC on vacation anyway, but I might post a topic about that if I can't get the internet working.

If we are sticking with the 1 week rule. Then this argument, over whether we should have it or not, should be ended.

This is a clan dan everyone should have a say so in this decision but yet your taking full control of what's going to happen. Forgot it's "your clan" smh .

I've been saying that for months now.......No point in arguing to get your point across, doesn't matter in the least bit.

when did i ever say this was a democracy? i allow alot of voting situations on stuff i feel the clan should have a imput in. which is most of the time,

but this is my desision, ofc the very people this rule applies to want it extended, they are biased on this rule, so it is not one they can decide on, 1 week is a long time on the forums and i have stated that if you make a post saying u are gonna be gone it will be ok, and also if its a major situation in your life that will be ok too.

i see no problem in this, the only way someone would be demoted is if they are neglectful in letting the clan know they will be inactive in a non urgent life situation, like going on vacation in a few days or next week

^^^ I think we no longer need to discuss this now. I agree with Dan, as long as you post a topic you won't be demoted.

Uhuh . Yeah kk . But I have to admit there were people that agreed with me at first about 2 weeks til you said something and now everyone agrees with you because you have more power I'm just putting in some of my opinion but alright 1 week it is "boss man"
