Nominations for 2nd and title changes

Well Technically We are going to just have a main admin. basically its second with a new name cuz the main only answers to me and is above everyone but me.

but its a much more simple thing to have a main admin. less complications.

im gonna try something different. you guys are going to post nominations for leader. anyone who is nominated no matter who they are will be put on a list


and then at the right time ill make a poll and you the members will vote for the person you think is best for the job.

but before the poll each of the nominees will reply to a topic i will make explaining why they think they are best for the job.


you can not nominate yourself also. and you have 1 nominee per member. meaning you can only nominate 1 person and thats it.

IT ONLY TAKES 1 PERSON TO NOMINATE SOMEONE. IF 2 PEOPLE SAY THE SAME PERSON U JUST WASTED UR NOMINATION CUZ HE WAS ALREADY NOMINATED, this is not voting its just deciding who will be voted on

please everyone who reads this choose 1 person you think is best for the job. do not just read this and not reply.
this is very important for the future of our clan.
whoever is the final person chosen and voted for by the people, will be the main admin. aka 2nd

Beta goz was also nominated, nomination him will do nothing, its not a vote, so u kinda just wasted a nominiee. it only takes one to nominate a person, any others are just wasted nominations,

i thnk my nomination should be taken with a grain of salt, as i havent really seen anybody's leadership being used aside from dark and you, but i nominate red.

I would like for you to explain the "duties" of the main admin. Aside from taking care of things when you're not on.

There we go, main admin is easier and less complicated. I like this one alot better then full on leader. Mainly because it reminds whoever is chosen that they don't have all power. It's a good thing because it will keep them from making decisions without going to the leader first.

So how will this be decided? The more votes or your decision?

and since jyn. goz. and red are nominated, i will nominate someone else i think is good for the job as long as he gets more active if he gets it. runner

1 - The Main Admin will follow in the Example of the Leader, and post on every topic made, ( unless he can not think of anything to say )

this A. Helps with the activity on the clan.
and B. Helps bumps topics so people who missed them will be able to see them.

2 - the Main Admin will help reorganize and redistribute the power and duties of the mods and admins. so that they are not just ranks for status who do nothing to help on the forums.

3- The main admin will have alot of responsibilitys on the admin panel of the site, helping to. upgrade the site. fill out site suggestions that are approved, fix any problems, and anything that needs to be done.

4- the main admin will help oversee the site and chats and make sure everything and everyone is in accordance with the rules.

5- the Main Admin will be above everyone in power and status and respect of position, except for me, and he answers directly to me, he will also gain access to the VIP forum for leaders only, which only 3 people have had access to so far, me red and dark.

I nominate Runner if he becomes active.

The triads wasn't for leaders, Dandino. It was technically for the three oldest active hack ([PwN]) members. So your probably going to have to delete the triads. We don't really use it anymore as much as we used to so it won't hurt if we delete it.

I don't have any idea who to nominate. I'll leave it up to everyone else to nominate.

Dandino, the reason why people aren't nominating is because this isn't private. Get them to PM you who they want to nominate.

seems like the main admin will have alot more resonsibilities than the clan leader himself, no offense dan. i must say though that it is scientifically proven that one person can only effectively lead 4-6 people. in law enforcement (im training to be a cop) and in F.E.M.A., its called span of control... and this list seems like alot of duties. more than one person could possibly fufill at an effective rate... just putting it out there.

we share alot of these duties. so erm ya, it keeps us busy, i was just stating things he does, i mean dark did all that

if its been done before, then go with it.
