2nd in command and more

Well Since Dark quit i am going to be looking for a new 2nd. no one can replace dark. but i cant do this alone.
it helped alot with someone else to help share the responsibility's.
i know some of you may think i can handel this alone. but i can not. it is necessary to have a 2nd. for when im not on. when im on vacation. and as a backup.

now i am not going to make a quick decision.

the 2nd will be helping with reorganizing the admins and mods so they have more power and its not just a status thing.
and then we will need to choose a main admin who will be in charge of making sure the mods and admins are doing their job and helping to keep the site up to standards.

since people have been complaining about it. i want the main who is someone who is already wanting to have changes made to the mods and admins and the way we have been doing it for years.

do not say we dont need any of these positions. it is final.

just voice any nominations or suggestions.

I dont know, are there any 1st gen members who can be 2nd?

its not about gen, unless its the latest gen.

Yes but 1st gen active ppl are with PwN a lot of time and are active. I don't see who could be th leader. idk

I honestly think head admin is better then full on leader. The leader positions only fitted you and
Dark the best.

Obviously, you need someone (Second in command).

Since Dark pretty much abandoned you(Some great leader there) it's gonna be a hard choice to find someone. Considering there's only a handful of active people. I'm pretty sure you don't wanna give the 2nd leader position to someone who is barely on. That being said, there's like 2 or 3 people and it and it all comes down to who do you think will fit the bill personally.

There's Jyn, but he has lied to you and he isn't active. I know he said he'll become active if he gets the position but come on, he'll only be more active if he gets the position? What kind of bs is that. However, you guys do talk in skype a lot.

There's Goz, I never had a problem with Goz, In my personal opinion he fits the bill more than anyone.


I know Red said no he doesn't want to but I'm still putting his name up.

There's Red, he was a leader when I joined sure he made some mistakes but there isn't anything better than reinstating an old leader. Plus, he was willing to help out when Dark didn't do anything.

I'm sure Dan will make a good choice, some people check the forums daily but don't post that often, as for me I didn't want to interrup the discussion that was going on and somehow I couldn't find myself in replying to most topic at the moment..

Anyway I'm sure things will get back to normal eventually.

Power corrupts the angered. I was angered at something deep and personal for a while a few months ago, and I even admitted it occasionally on hack. I took my power out on a few members, which I shouldn't have done.

I'm pretty chill now, cause I was angered at that particular thing for so long that I realized that I'm just hurting myself at being mad all the time.

I do and I don't want to be leader. I do because I want to help out with this clan, and I don't want to because people seem to respect me more as a normal member.

applying for position. ive got a psp, ps3 and a psvita, so i hav no reason to be inactive now. i was 2nd in command once, and im first gen for those who are cocerned im not qualified and were wanting a first gen member. i had to step down cuz my old psp broke. but i have no excuse to be inactive. dan, if you think i had my chance, then i wish you luck in finding a good 2nd commander. a wise man once told me all great leaders were once great followers. make sure you keep that in mind as you select a new assistant.
