why don't we make the HACK xat a Member only chat so that whenever an admin gets mad, he doesn't need to ban someone, but just guest them.
This way the guested person can cool of or discuss to be unbanned in a Private Chat.
Now you can ban someone who you really don't want to come on the xat.

Makes more sense to me and makes a difference between members and guests,
you'll probably need an extra active mod who can make guests members : hint hint :D

I don't understand what good removing banpool would do.

I like it there so we can separate the real offenders from people like Rivaille stated above who just need a cool off time.

That is not a good idea. As soon as a guest comes on when a mod isn't on, nobody can promote him/her to member. Then they will think we rejected him/her and leave. But idc, if you want to do somthing like this, fine by me.

If they don't, then their loss.

Plus, we have another chat and a forum for them to use.

and our email, twitter account and facebook links are displayed everywhere, so way too many ways for them to contact us.
