I have ordered a Dell Optiplex 755 which comes with a Core 2 Duo and 2GB of RAM(which I will upgrade to 8GB)

It was 110 for me because I hate waiting so I wanted to boost that shipping time ;) But if you are patient, you can get it for 90.

As for the GPU, I plan on buying this sucker right here :
Because it is low form factor and I don't have to buy a new power supply because it's so efficient.

Nvidia GTX 750 TI




My new PC will arrive on Tuesday, but I haven't bought the card yet, I don't have the money, next paycheck will cover that. :) For now I will use a GeForce 9600GT while I work for the money.

All in all, the new rig which will instantly be upgraded to 3GB of RAM because of my friend, will be able to run games like BF4 at ultra settings. (I need to upgrade the RAM to 4 for that to happen though)

This sh*t is going to kick ass, just wait! I will post videos about it once it's all together.

When I get it all up and working, I will post performance details and maybe test a few games. I know it wont play Black Ops 3 well, but I'm sure it will handle 1 and 2 at max settings. Same with a bunch of other games.

I could use a desktop. Upgradeability is the best about them.

Update : I just got my desktop yesterday, it's very small indeed and they sent me the wrong model... Although I'm not complaining because it's a little newer ;).

I got the 760 instead of the 755, the 760 has EFI support, so hell yeah, and it supports 8GB of DDR 2 RAM, which is hella cheap btw. Can't wait to buy the graphics card for this thing. It's going to whoop ass.

Ooh nice. But DDR2?

Yeah, DDR2. But that's fine, I don't need DDR3 for that rig.

ok, I guess it works too.

I just hope DDR2 doesn't slow it down too much.
