So, basically, what this means is that Naughty Dog can make U4 have more facial animations than any other game before it. I'm impressed and glad they're moving things forward.

I'd rather have a small developer team company than working for big companies tbh.

Why would you want to work for ubisoft???

They push their devs to rush games and release them before their finished and rarely let Devs speak their own mind and include features THEY actually want.

All ubisoft games, good or bad end up being:

50% Publisher's idea of what the game should be, 25% communities' Idea, 25% Dev's idea.

why do you think most of the smaller Ubisoft departments jumped at the chance to create minigames for watchdogs???

they wanted to show off their ideas, talent and skills because they don't get that opportunity most of the time. Those minigames were really good, but didn't fit the game, so worked against WD unfortunately, but Ubisoft really is known for oppressing its fans and staff from time to time.

Fyi: i'm not a hater, i'm a fan. I love some of their games and the company. I own all last gen assassins creeds (Except rogue), the splinter cell trilogy, watchdogs, Far cry 1-3 and a few other lesser known ubi games.

But thats the impression i get from the way the company seems to work.

That said, Ubisoft as a company works in cycles where they have a bad game or two ,then some really good ones.

Thats because Ubisoft lets their dev teams free to do what they want, make what they want, the product turns into FC3, AC2, AC4, etc. then they opress the team, order another game to be made in a similar way with few new ideas, rush it out quickly and it becomes the type of game you see in AC3.

I love Ubisoft, but the people in charge need to learn to chill out and trust their devs and the community a bit more.
