Should we enable the toolbar?

So, the toolbar allows us to see notifications about people who tagged us, etc.

This is how it looks on FGN. We can remove "Forumotion" later, I'm willing to pay for that.

I think it would be nice but I don't think its really needed right now.

but I feel it's just another add on that we really don't need art the moment if I'm not speaking out of line or position dark.

i doesn't really matter to me, but it looks alright, i don't have any problems with the toolbar so if you do add it i'm fine with it

ok, I'll turn it on. While it might not be too useful now, it'll be necessary when we grow bigger.
I made it fixed, but I can change that if you dislike a fixed toolbar.
