dude, get a real IDE for real development. You should not go with Unity or similar alternatives if you don't know real programming.

I'm taking programming classes with JavaScript. and I like unity a lot. It's really nice. And I'm using an android game maker what is kinda neat

JavaScript isn't programming either. JavaScript, just like the name implies, is scripting, not programming.
And JS is very limited. You should use Eclipse for Android.

Actually, the definition of the word programming is: 'the process of scheduling something'. Which technically includes mark up languages, incl. js.

Actually, altough they are closely related, programming is not the same as scripting. Plus, JS is not a markup language, it is a scripting language. Programming can be much more complex than scripting. When programming, you usually control everything. Scripting is well, what the nams implies. You write a script, and the interpreter reads it. Markup languages are different.

I'm aware, but mark up, scripting, programming are all about setting out a list of instructions for a computer to follow, so technically, they're all programming :P

no, they are not. Markup are formatting instructions.
Scripting are instructions directed towards an engine/interpreter that is already implemented.
Programming is a set of instructions aimed at the computer itself. As you can see, programming>scripting>markup.

It seems to happen a lot around here. I looked at a ban log and it went from banning to running servers, and I think someone mentioned Assassins creed in there too. sh*t gets crazy.
