they rave about some games and other's just get a mediocre, badly written half-assed review and the occasional mention.

I rarely read reviews ever since I saw them give a good Dreamcast game 1/5. I'm not sure if IGN rated/reviewed it, but a bunch of websites do that.

I mean, the point of Godzilla Generations is to destroy the dang city. They never advertised monster fights, yet they complain that there's no variety. They just don't get the point of the game. -_-

IGN really don't seem to know what they're doing. they act like they do, but their reviews are all wrong and biased and people don't like them.

Ultimately all reviewers and critics should make reviews which are tailored towards the people who buy and play videogames (namely us), but everyone is so out of touch with what people want these day all the reviews are crap.
