| I had some trouble with my knee before. It was never very stable, and Judo didn't help. Yesterday, I wasntvdoing anything special, and something felt like it was detaching ( not sure this is the correct translation) and re attaching inside my knee. I think this time it didn't re attach properly, and I have liquid inside my knee. Also, I cannot bend my leg more than a few centimeters without intense pain. Fuck my knee. | |

| But she is not sure what happened. But since my knee is very unstable ( and more even when rotating), she thinks I have a problem in the... "menisco" and "ligamento cruzado" sorry idk translation.
Now my knee is really rigid due to the liquid inside of it. I'm going to sleep soon ,and it will be hard lol. I feel the pressure of the liquid now, and I don't lime it. | |

| Sounds like you have effusion (the fluids in your knees). It usually is caused by trauma/overuse injuries of the knee. I would lay off doing Judo for a little and rest it. If there's swelling, then try icing it.
One of my friend has it and fell down the bleachers last night during a football game. | |
