| I have a possible fix for others.
Download this file and replace the swkotor.ini and see if it works. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxxrzzt04vJbRk1WMFhTLVFMSGc/edit?usp=sharing
If that doesn't work, try using the swconfig.exe and disabling movies.
That's how I got Kotor 1 and 2 to work on Windows 8 | |

| The only other thing I can think of is to put it in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3. | |

| Actually, it is not. It has some compability problems, because it changed a lot. But 8.1's original release was buggy like hell. Also, worse than Windows, we got Mac ;)
Mac looks good but it is basicly useless :P | |

It's not. You don't use it do you? The UI actually feels good, after you get used to it. There are some problems, but the layout isn't bad, it's just different from what Microsoft has been doing all these years. | |
