im pretty sure i can do this all myself, but i want to make sure i dont fuck my pc up

i need to increase the fps on a game, without buying anything, what can i do to help this.

like overclocking cpu, upgrading graphics driver, ect.. i need links, and walkthrus

I don't think this is not "safe". What are your specs?

What is your GPU? (If you don't know, just go to google and download "GPU-Z" and install it. It will tell you)

If it's a Nvidia card, I know you can disable a lot of settings so the FPS will get a huge boost.
