I have another TV question.

Ok so most xbox games have a native resolution of 720p.

I'm getting a 1080p HDTV.

Will playing those 720p resolution games on a 1080p HDTV lower the quality and make it look worse then it would on a normal 720p HDTV?

no, it will just display the games at 720P as thats the maximum output they support.

Darn. Gta5 won't run in 1080p but red dead redemption does? Why did rockstar do that. Guess I'll have to wait and get a ps4 before I can play games in 1080p cause most xbox games run at 720p.

There isn't much difference.

And red, GTA V is bigger, which means they have to cut back on output quality to fit it all in.

and remember, most xbox games don't even output at 720P/

xbox itself only outputs at 720P.

So, even if you have a game that outputs 1080p and a 1080P tv, it wont be 1080p cus the only console to output at 1080p is PS4

I wouldn't waste time over that kind of gaming quality, red.

Especially considering the difference. My PS3 outputs less than 720P and its great.
