This ways can maybe help you: Use a serach engine and put on it for example: "Dial in error 14 on modem" then you will get possibles soultion.

Or you know a forum that act these problem there you can found your answer, too. But if you reaction on it same as here you will not long stay in it (Very fast get a ban that is faster as you can see. Trust me). Them have forum rules, too. Better you follow them and ask friendly with details. Most will hold you on to try the serach for your problem before you open a new topic same here.

Oh, you got a BSOD? Just use your windows cd and repair the pc or install Linux (I like ubuntu)
